Thank you for checking us out. We are a locally owned full service catering business. We have been in business for over 20 years. While BBQ has been our forte, we offer so much more. Smoked meats, down home cooking, soups, deli sandwiches, Italian, steaks, simple Mexican dishes, fried chicken to shrimp boils. Please don’t hesitate to ask, we are able to accommodate almost any menu. We have the capability of cooking for small to very large crowds. King of the meat and potatoes
People have commented that we are the king of the meat and potatoes world in a 100 mile radius We have a custom built 6’ flat top rotating skillet that we can cook lots of meat and potatoes on at once. The skillet is also great for cooking on site fajitas or a breakfast menu. If you are looking for something unusual we can bring our large cast iron pot to do a down home shrimp, craw fish boil. For your sweet tooth we have a mobile five gallon hand churn ice cream maker. Pair our homemade ice cream with one of our made from scratch desserts and your guests will leave with a smile on their face.
Use us for fundraising events
We also have the ability to assist you with your fund raising events including Pancake feeds, bbq buffet, hamburger, hot dogs and chili feeds. We can assist with smoking ribs that your group can presale and we will deliver wrapped and ready to hand out to your customers. Give us a call and let us help you put something together.
From weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, we are here to help. We also can help if you’d like to provide someone you know with some prepared meals.
