Our Grill Setup
Our Skillet is a custom built, 6′ round, flat top, rotating skillet with a cutting board and a stainless prep table. It is highly portable, and has the capacity to serve a continuous line of people. Its 28 square foot surface area can cook 150lbs of potatoes, 75-100 burgers, or 150 hot dogs!
We also have several portable grills, including one on a trailer that we can come on site to cook for your event.
